Queues de Castor
If you havent had a Beaver Tail before- you can't leave Canada without having one. A Beaver Tail is deep fried dough with a selection of different toppings. We recommend the classic Cinnamon & Sugar.
BAKERY - Beavertails!! No trip to Mont-Tremblant is complete without have a fresh beavertail pastry:) Located in the pedestrian village at the resort.
A uniquely Canadian tradition, hand-made Beavertail pastries are served up with a variety of toppings, a must see!!!
“Gourmet crêpes with sweet & savory fillings served in a tiny, rustic house below the ski slopes.”
“This place is the spot to go if you need something on the fly. It is easily accessible by parking car in P1 and walking 5 minutes. The Q.G. is the equivalent of a general store. Not a complete grocery store, but a great convenience store with a lot of extra's you would not normally find, like fruits, etc...Open until 10 PM everyday, if you are looking to pick some eggs or beer close by, this is the place.”
“Artificial trees poke through the ceiling at this rustic haunt with a roomy patio & pub grub menu.”
“Name says it all. If you have a craving for poutine or trying your first one, this is the place to go.”
“Stores: including Bourassa for fresh fruit, vegetables and incredible selection of cheeses. Restaurants offer a better price / performance and more for locals and regional visitors than the resort imho. The Mexican place is really good. She's from Mexico... The casse croutes have good french fries... etc. There are some big box stores for groceries. ”
