The Monterey Bay Aquarium is truly world class. Taking the time to visit is worth it not just for children but adults as well.
Fantastic aquarium, one of the best I’ve ever seen! Lots of cool shops and spots to visit around the aquarium, as well as beaches.
What is not to love about this world-renowned aquarium? There are so many fascinating exhibits, some in which you can actually touch sea creatures! Penguins, sharks, jellyfish- we’ve got them all! The cafe has great menu items, even some organic, but you also have the option to check out places…
World-famous for a good reason: it totally rocks for kids, adults, anyone! A gorgeous facility on the bay with the most amazing exhibits. Allow three hours
Love this aquarium - I get stuck at the sea otter tank watching them play, the jellyfish tanks are so beautiful, I always take too many pic's, great area to touch starfish, urchins, sea cucumbers etc.
Plan to spend 3 to 4 hrs at the aquarium. Jelly fish and octopus are my favorites, but the aquarium has otters, penguins, sharks, and all kinds of fish and sea life. The cafe is really nice, and is a good option for a break between the exhibits. Salt water taffies and ice cream at Ghirardelli’s…
One of the best aquariums anywhere! Your reservation includes two complimentary passes.
Thirty minutes away from Seascape, it is a world class Aquarium. Call first to ensure tickets are available and the status of COVID restrictions
A world famous aquarium right on the bay offering wide ranging experiences of ocean life for people of all ages.
“Very popular low key hike! Great views of the coastal side and you might get lucky and spot an otter. I recommend heading early in the morning around 8am because it does get crowded and parking can be tough!”
“Clean, sunny, long stretch of beach to walk on or watch surfers learn the sport. Arguable the best dog beach in the world. Also adjacent to the 11th hole of the famous Pebble Beach golf course. You can see professional golfers and celebrities playing above the beach, and if you're lucky, a golf ball might come bounding done for you as a souvenir!”
“Great adventure for the kids, teenagers, and wooden roller coaster aficionados. Parking can be a challenge. Cheap parking is usually available at 56 Chestnut St (about 10 min walk).”
“This hike is a local favorite! It can be as easy or hard as you want it to be as there are tons of trails to chose from! If you do choose to go to the top of Snivley's Ridge I recommend packing water and a small snack.”
“No words can describe how beautiful and profound Big Sur is. I'd suggest that you go visit Point Lobos State Natural Reserve, Garrapata State Park, stop at the famed Bixby Bridge on your way, then go see Pfeiffer Beach and Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park. To see all of them will need about two days.”
