You could literally put Papalote salsa on anything and it would taste amazing! And you can, because they sell it by the boatload out of their two taquerías, plus at local supermarkets. It’s deliciously creamy with hints of roasted peppers and chiles. It’s so addictive that some call it crack sauce! I love Papalote’s owner, Miguel. Not only does he care about the food, he also cares about the community. He’s always hosting fundraisers and pop-up events for up-and-coming food entrepreneurs. He also happens to be one of the dopest DJs in the Bay Area.
