Artits bluff is a short trail, offering one of the most popular views of Canon Mountain and Fraconia Notch. It's a 1.5 mile loop. The main trail continues down to Route 18 near Echo Lake.

Another great short hike for the whole family. Located across from the Echo lake parking lot by the interstate overpass. A five minute walk leads to steep rock steps along the Artists Bluff cliff face and ends with a dramatic entry onto the top of the cliff. The view is so impressive it was long…

At just 1.5 miles round trip, this hike gives great payoff for minimal effort. Gorgeous views overlooking Cannon mountain. We recommend a post-hike swim in Echo Lake.
