“Often a location for local music and festivals. Used to be the center of the Cherokee water trade. Can wander along and read the local art plaques to learn about the Cherokee Nation”
“World famous aquarium featuring two sides. Salt water and fresh water. Also a butterfly garden lives in that glass pointy atrium at the top. Largest aquarium on the east coast! ”
“German-American Pub. The food and drinks here are awesome! Place has scenic views of Coolidge Park, Walking Bridge and Chattanooga.”
“The Hunter has a wonderful collection of art, and they always have interesting new temporary exhibits. Located in the beautiful Bluff View Art District, the art museum is easy to get to by crossing over the pedestrian bridge from north Chatt, and then crossing over a small see-through bridge to the museum itself. There are beautiful views from the bluff! And one of my favorite coffee shops, Rembrandt’s, is right next door to the museum and has a really nice, large patio with a European vibe. ”
“Cafe meals, vast coffee and tea selections as well as amazing desserts. Crowded seating indoors but lovely patio seating. Bluff View Art District is enjoyable to walk around in, safe and near by the River Walk and Walnut Street Bridge.”
