The food is incredible, great location & ambiance. Also hear the brunch is amazing! You can make reservations through their other venture - Tock A few of the top spots in Chicago for excellent cuisine and cocktails were opened by the Alinea Group. You may know world renowned chef, Grant Achatz & Alinea which is one of the top restaurants in the country and was featured on Netflix's The Chef's Table!

If you're looking to impress a date, and to take in one of Grant Achatz's highly rated restaurants, Roister is the more casual entry in Alinea Group's offerings. The kitchen is the dining room, so you can see everything being made right at the bar. Located in the Fulton Market area, this is a hip spot especially when the weather is nice and the patio area opens up to the outside. Roister serves actual food in case you're wondering how similar this would be to Alinea. The pretensions are mostly put aside, and there is still that nice attention to detail without all that fuss and foofoo that you see in Chef's Table.
