Really tasty blue collar food truck. I have only had the carnitas burrito but it was great! Sometimes you will be the only one there, other times you will be among a swath of tradespeople grabbing a lunch. There is also a great competing food truck sometimes across Pecos Street on the north end of the Save-a-lot parking lot. It has no sign but tasty food
