Some of the best seafood in Sarasota, with an ambiance to match! Located in historic Burns Court, Owen's cannot be missed. Be prepared to wait to be seated; however, they have an awesome backyard where you can wait, (oftentimes) listen to live music, grab a drink, and order small bites. Owen's is…

Downtown has lots of variety for eating and drinking while strolling. One of my favorites is Owens Fish Camp for “Southern Seafood”. Check out the back patio, where there’s often live music. Address: 516 Burns Court, SRQ, 34236. (Burns Court Cinema is our arthouse theater, if you’ve had enough…

Hip and laid back fish restaurant. Locals love this place so be prepared to wait for a table in their backyard. Here is usually live music a cash bar and limited snacks available straight from the outdoor BBQ. A really fun place to spend an evening

There is always a wait, you can bypass the line and go straight to the backyard. There are tables, live music and you can order at the bar and eat outside.

Delicious food and old Florida ambiance under a giant banyan tree. Arrive early or expect to wait, but great setting to make the time pass. Cash bar in back courtyard with live music, tire swing, and group seating. Order bites from the bar inside and enjoy them outside, by a fire in winter.
