Immaculate fish and marine critters are sourced directly from a flotilla of fishermen and cooked perfectly—often just over an open flame or in the wood-fired oven. Rockpool has one of the country’s best wine lists to boot. Ask for an Australian white to match your fish. The bar snacks are a bargain—king prawn rolls, salt and pepper snapper wings, and crab linguine offer the full chichi experience, but in the bar.
