More of less opposite de Oude Sluis is Lunchroom Heidi, which is a great bakery and a lovely place for breakfast and lunch. It is one of the few places open on Sunday morning. They sell fantastic bread, croissants and cakes, to eat there or to take away. Do try the local ‘bolussen’. Do note that this place closes at 2pm and by then they have usually run out of bread.

NL: Voor echte zeeuwse bolussen, maar je kan er ook gewoon brood halen. Of belegde broodjes en zelfs ijs. Deze bakker een lunchroom is ook op zondag open DE: Die regionale specialität Seelandische bolussen können sie hier bekommen, aber natürlich auch nur Brot . Oder Sandwiches mit Kaffee und sogar Eis. Diese Bäckerei ist auch Sonntags geöffnet
