Lovely gardens: roses, tulips, ponds, bridges, waterfalls, blossoming trees;endless photo ops, playgrounds. There’s not a local kid who hasn’t come here before prom or for his own senior pictures. It’s a magical place.

Dow Gardens was established in 1899 and boasts 110 acres of annuals, perennials, trees, beautiful bridges, streams, a greenhouse with butterflies in the spring, sculptures and an award-winning children’s garden. Stay on the paved path or venture off in the immaculately groomed grass, either way you'll be surrounded by the most beautiful aspect of nature. Open all year, each time of year is stunning!
