One of my favorite places as far as Atmosphere at a new Mexican food- you need to call to book a reservation, fills out quickly
New Mexican food on the Historic Plaza. You gotta try the garlic bread with Red Chile!
A great downtown tradition and located in one of the oldest buildings in Santa Fe. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for a table.
The Shed is a local go-to for classic New Mexican fare housed in a circa-1692 hacienda with a cantina-style bar. Highly recommended! They don't take reservations, so go early and enjoy a margarita while you wait.
“This Historic Architecture is a don't miss. The story of the spiral staircase is the recounted tale of a real miracle created by the power of prayer. Everything is beautiful here. Often there are performances of beautiful music in this historic place. ”
“The museum displays paintings O’Keeffe created throughout her lifetime and explains how each new creative phase added to her stature as a painter. O'Keefe defined a whole era of contemporary art and put New Mexico on the map as an art center. This will inspire you to go to Abiquiu and see the gorgeous landscapes there. Be sure to watch the 15 minute video of her life.”
“One of SF's top spots, lots of fun and creative New Mexican cuisine. Amazing mole enchiladas and love the trout with eggs on a parmesan crusted pancake. Split the delicious sweet & savory corn pancakes as an appetizer! It gets busy, but worth the wait. No reservations. Fun atmosphere”
“You can easily see this iconic cathedral by walking up San Francisco st - from the casita - towards the Plaza. ”
