In Duncan Mills...Cafe Fear Cafe offers a California Cuisine with a Southern flair serving breakfast and lunch. Another favorite is Gold Coast Coffee & Bakery and on Sundays live music in the summer on Patio at the Blue Heron Bar & Tavern. Where the locals go.
Locally owned restaurant with a Louisiana-inspired menu. Weekend brunch offers an extensive eggs benedict menu on Sunday. Order anything with the grits! Also the seafood pot is really good. Check the hours before you go. Seasonal hours vary.
On the way to Jenner, but not too far. Situated on the boardwalk in Duncans Mills. Great seafood soups.

“Support our local eateries and get a take-out from the Blue Heron in the quaint village of Duncan's Mills. This is the oldest tavern on the Russian River, and was a key place in the town during its years of supplying redwood to the Bay Area in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.”
“We highly recommend River's End Restaurant for a romantic dinner. Arrive a early and take in the amazing ocean view from their outside balcony while sipping on your beverage of choice. Their food is internationally influenced, and locally sourced. Most importantly, their Chef designs an amazing seasonal menu . Nestled between the Russian River and Highway 1, it's just a 20 minute drive from Guerneville. Reservations highly suggested.”
