ELEMENTS of BYRON is open to the public for breakfast, lunch and dinner - and the all-day bar offers great cocktails, nibbles and snacks. ‘Elements’ is a great choice for breakfast - but remember to ask for a table overlooking the pool - even if you have to wait. And the bar is also opened all day for locals as well as guests and it’s a great place to while away an hour or two or to have a pre-dinner cocktail or drink - before dining in the restaurant or popping back into town to your restaurant of choice.
