This bakery has great pastries,breads and affordable take away lunches.It's open early also for those going up the Midi lift first thing.

Boulangerie/Patisserie near the Aiguille du Midi gondola. I often buy bread, sandwiches for a hike or sweet goodies here. Lines can be long in the morning when everyone else has the same idea.

Another excellent bakery. Best croissants in chamonix?!?! Great selection of tarts too.

My favourite bakery. Incredible cakes, tarts, bread, pastries and sandwiches. And if you happen to be stumbling past at about 3 or 4 am, ask nicely and they'll sell you whatever is fresh from the ovens through a side window!
