Most Mexican food is Jaliscan in style. Tamaliza brings a different regional cuisine (Morelian). Probably has the best tamales north of the border.
Truly homemade Mexican, love is in the food. And vegans can eat here too, which isn't always easy with Mexican cuisine. Sedona locals often order the tamales for potlucks ... and they are the first thing to disappear!
Very nice family run fresh Mexican food. Tamales to die for, and they have vegan. Not open Sunday or Monday. Very small, so might be better to order takeout during busy times.
Specializing in authentic tamales, they also have strong vegan and vegetarian options.
This is a charming little Mexican spot with delicious non-GMO homemade tamales!
“Unique authentic Mexican restaurant! Great prices as well... parking can be difficult, it is a "hole in the wall" kind of place, but very good lunch!”
“A short, and at times steep hike, with gorgeous views. Usually not too crowded.”
“The original tour group of Sedona! Day in the West Jeep tours are fun, laid back and locally owned! Try the Red Rock West or if you like bumps and incredible views, take a ride on the Rim Tour! ”
“Soldiers Pass Trail is a moderate trail that offers a back country feel yet is almost located in the middle of town. Sandwiched between Brins Ridge and Capitol Butte (a.k.a. Thunder Mountain), this trail offers everything you would expect from a great trail. The trail rolls through a number of arroyos, past the area’s largest sinkhole (Devils Kitchen), along the “Seven Sacred Pools,” then up 509 feet atop Brins Mesa. The highlight of the trail is the impressive sinkhole.”
