The Watch House
A local restaurant in St Mawes. Well worth booking a table for dinner.
“Great coffee with amazing view of Gerrans Bay, sit looking out to sea, beautiful *Taverna next door Wed-Sat 5.30pm to 9pm serving pizzas, eat in or take away”
“Bread and other excellent baked goods. Order ahead and deliver to the door.”
“A lovely pub for a drink with a view of the harbour. Excellent fish and chips and of course a lovely pint of Rattler!”
“Head across to the Roseland Peninsula for great cycling & walking. Take the King Harry Ferry then park in the National Trust car park for Towan Beach, which is one of my favourites with soft gently shelving sand and plenty of room, even in high summer. Look for the Thirstea vintage tea truck parked up near the beach, and if The Hidden Hut is open too, the food is so worth a detour for.”
