I feel Gondolas of Noosa is best experienced as a romantic Sunset Cruise - if you like the idea of exploring the waterways of Noosa in a unique way and checking out million dollar+ homes. BYO food & drinks. If you can afford it, I suggest 2 hours as 1 hour goes too fast. You'll love it. You may need to book ahead.
