“So it's not the MET, or the Louvre, but it's worth it. It has murals by Diego Rivera,Van Gogh, and some other masterpieces that give an amazing context to past and future artistic experiences.”
“This is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Southeast Michigan! It’s home to an extensive array of Motown artifacts, photos and other memorabilia. The museum is a testimony to Motowns legacy and to the charisma, talent and staying power of the music and those who made it. ”
“Wander the paths, kayak through the gorgeous canals, set up a BBQ on the beach, get a game of baseball or soccer going...this is a great summer spot. What I love most about Belle Isle is the diversity of the people who come to enjoy it. It's truly a great reminder that we're all the same, that we all want to enjoy life, that we're all here together :)”
