The Sage Gateshead
Beautiful architecture, and wonderful acoustics. A wide range of live music to suit all tastes
An amazing place to visit with astounding acoustics. Around 40 minutes drive from here. Most recently we saw Beverley Knight covering the Stevie Wonder Songbook with a surprise guest ... Dave Stewart. Wow!
Gateshead's answer to the Sydney Opera House stands proudly on the banks of the River Tyne. Even if you don't have tickets for one of the music events there, it's still worth a visit to marvel at the amazing architecture.
The world famous music venue. Even if you're not heading there to see anything music related, its worth a look around for the architecture alone
always loads on and in a superb spot with great surrounding area for food and drink
