Don't need a full on meal at lunch time-pick up a soup for lunch. All made in house from home made broths. Eat in or take out.

home made soup that you can eat in or take out. Frozen soup for quick meals at home. I love their Moroccan Tomato and use it as a pasta sauce or with rice. Add peas [or shrimp or chicken ] .It is a good mixer. Mulligatawny another vegan favourite even if you are not vegan.
