The neighborhood's pizza joint, the best known in Detroit. Margharita is my favorite!
My Wife and I's favorite pizza joint in town is Supino. We usually just get a cheese pizza, and some cannoli's. They serve more traditional Italian pizza with unique ingredients. It's a bit pricey, but is totally worth it.
If you go to Eastern Market and start to get hungry go here for the city's best thin New York style pizza. That is, only if you are sick of Detroit style pizza...
