Our favorite local brewery! Top of it's game with a pleasing and diverse menu, great beer, artistic cocktails and an awesome atmosphere. Weekends often has the best live music in the bar area. Well run establishment.
“Located just outside Solomons, Annmarie Garden features a walking path meandering through woods past works on loan from the Smithsonian Institution along with other artful surprises, a children’s natural play space and native gardens. The center hosts exhibits, a unique gift shop, Nature Nook and the artLAB, a creative re-use space. All ages will enjoy events and festivals, hands-on activities, public art programs and a beautiful setting. Pet friendly (leashed) excluding special events. ”
“Perigeaux produces award-winning Bordeaux-style red and white wines crafted from grapes grown in the estate vineyards. A tasting room is nestled in the middle of the four vineyards and the grounds can accommodate celebrations of up to 250 guests. Weekends feature live music and guided winery tours with the winemakers. ”

Tip: If you see a dessert you like... reserve it ahead! 👩🍳🍰🥧🍨 They do NOT take rezys so check hours and get there when they open or put your name on wait list and have app and cocktail next door at their Next Door Lounge! Been going here for over 20 year ! On Solomon’s -about 25 min away in non rush hour traffic...”
“Best atmosphere at the waterfront bar area. Nicely heated with open air on cooler days. Garage style doors open to the outside on moderate summer days. Great food and half priced happy hour appetizers until 5:00.”
“Solomons Island (16 mi / 25 min) - Once a sleepy fishing village is now made up of marinas restaurants and bars including the world famous Tiki Bar, Cone Island soft serve ice cream, Carmen’s Gallery, a few shops and an award winning museum. Calvert Marine Museum - In addition to static displays there is an active paleontology lab and an entertaining otter habitat. Boat tours on the Skipjack Dee of St. Marys and the Bugeye W. B. Tennyson are fun. Climb up and tour the Drum Point Screwpile Lighthouse. Restaurants: Lotus Kitchen featuring Kim’s Key Lime Pies - coffee and sandwiches. Island Hideaway - family run restaurant overlooking the harbor with over the top home made deserts. Lighthouse - great view with outdoor seating. Solomons Pier - back deck bar can’t be beat to watch the Sun set over the Bridge. Bring your camera. Dry Dock at Zahniser’s Marina is our go-to special occasion spot. The best atmosphere on the island. CD Cafe / Next Door Lounge doesn’t really have a water view, but the chef’s creative menu makes up for it. ”
