As authentic as it gets. The owner is incredibly nice and will recommend some Polish staples. The pierogies are amazing.

Old-school and I mean old school neighborhood diner serving homestyle Polish fare in a no-frills setting. I recommend any of the soups which are a meal on themselves. They have specials, but the mushroom barely is my favorite. This is nothing fancy just an old time diner from a long time ago. You will see locals, students and Chopin Theatre patrons - a mix of people watching.
