One block down Romain and one block to the right to Douglas takes you to a lovely neighborhood cafe. Wonderful coffee and morning eats.
Lovely appointed local cafe serving local roast from Andytown Coffee Roasters.
Lovely cafe with artisan treats and internet. Try the teas, sweet scones with butter, boiled eggs and granola. They serve dinner on Wednesdays.
“This small corner café is a San Francisco classic, offering up coffee as well as hearty breakfast options like omelets, waffles and crepes. The Diamond Café is a great option for those who are on the go (even long lines move quickly and the service is fantastic) or are looking for an inexpensive cup of java. The café has indoor and outdoor seating and is open seven days a week. Just keep in mind that they close at 4:00 p.m. every day.”
“Great local Mexican chain. Mission has more and better places, but if you have to get something in the neighborhood, this is the place, and it can hang with all of those Mission joints in terms of quality. This is our go-to when we don't have time to cook dinner.”
“This is the lesser known Twin Peaks. If you don't want to walk as far as Twin peaks and not deal with all the tourists this is the place to go.”
