Gorgeous little castle with stunning castle garden, well worth a visit - either to just stroll around, have a coffee in the garden - picnic possible - or to do a tour of the castle. Sometimes concerts are hosted here as well, and there is a lot of other things going on - so check the website.

The castle Benrather Schloss with its huge garden offers a charming scenery. The entrance to the castle park is free all the year. You can stroll through the well-tended gardens or buy fresh vegetables from the own grown vegetable garden. Every summer, the castle offers a breathtaking festival of lights with fireworks and an impressive open-air orchestra. The Tickets are booked early. You have to be fast here.

One of the most beautiful garden palaces of the 18th century is situated in Düsseldorf's southern district of Benrath.
