East Sacramento is known for its leafy streets and parks, especially McKinley Park, which has a large rose garden, playground, seasonal pool, trails, and hosts many events.

One of the nicest place to go for a run with a lot of trees for shade all the way through the 3/4 mile loop. There's also a really nice rose garden, library and kids playground and community pool!
