米开朗基罗广场是佛罗伦萨俯瞰该市美丽全景的最佳地点，从这里看到的全景出现在许多明信片和图片中。 由建筑师朱塞佩·波吉于1869年 在历史城区南部的小山上兴建，当时佛罗伦萨还是意大利的首都，百废待兴。为了纪念米开朗基罗，广场上有一些在佛罗伦萨市内其他地方也能见到的复制作品：大 卫和圣罗伦佐美第奇小圣堂的四个寓言。这些复制品是由青铜制成的，而原件则都是由白色大理石制成。

You must go to Piazzale Michelangelo and enjoy the amazing view from there over the city of Florence. It's beautiful everytime but I really reccomend to go there during the sunset or night time, so you can see the sunset colors cover the skyline of Florence and you can see the city lighting up.

Come here and find a spot on the steps with a bottle of prosecco or some other refreshment, most likely, listen to a talented street performer serenade you while you watch the most beautiful sunset of your life unfold in front of your eyes; and realize you can fall in love with a city.
