This is where I buy the bread for my own shop’s soups and tartines. Their Hackney wild sourdough is one of the finest breads in the city and ubiquitous on restaurant menus in the area. A loaf will keep well for up to a week. You can eat in their lovely cafe, too, which serves excellent coffee, sandwiches, and pastries. Check out the adjacent farm shop for ingredients made on-site, including their own stone-ground flour and preserves. You’ll also find Pump Street chocolate and some of London’s finest charcuterie from Blackhand on the shelves.
The E5 Bakehouse is an East London artisan bakery and coffee shop. We are passionate about sourdough and the lost traditions of our baking ancestors.
Lovely café with loads of brunch/lunch options, pastries and great bread. London Fields
The best for morning coffee and your choice of loaf...and only 1 minute away from the flat
Nice bakery after a stroll down Broadway market . Very good bread and decent breakfast (recommend the Bircher muesli or Granola)

“One of our local favourites. Excellent fresh pasta, sourdough pizza and one the best Tiramisu in East London.”
