Great roof too bad with plenty of indoor space and patio as well. Great for watching football, or to grab a drink before any American Airlines Center event. This also makes for a great night out!

“Parliament is still to this day our favorite Happy Hour spot in town. Located in the State & Thomas part of Uptown, Parliament has great craft cocktails that are criminally cheap during HH (M- Saturday 5-8 PM and all day when it rains). Space is on the tighter side, but well worth it. ”
