Just about everything on the menu is good. Eat upstairs, downstairs is less refined— pool tables.

A local pub. When you first walk in, there are two doors, go into the one on the left, that is the restaurant side. Pub style food with burgers, seafood (including lobster) and soups. Been around since 1979.

J R Maxwell serves excellent steak and seafood. From appetizer to dessert, it's all good. We usually dine here on dates or special occasions. It is a little too pricey to bring our entire family. Open everyday from 11:30 AM - 1:00 AM.

“I never knew food could have so many wonderful flavors until I ate at Best Thai II. I'm not always sure what I'm ordering when I eat here with my husband, Chris, but my taste buds always do the happy dance. Eat in the quaint dining room, or order take out for a picnic at the river front park. Open Tuesday thru Friday, 11 AM - 3 PM and 4 PM - 9 PM. Open Saturday and Sunday, 12 PM - 3 PM and 4 PM - 9 PM. Closed Monday.”
