An upmarket contemporary Italian restaurant to cater for the throngs of hungry politicians. Head chef Massimiliano Vezzi is known for seasonality, locally sourced ingredients and classic Italian cooking. Pan-fried monkfish and Umbrian lentils are followed by hazelnut parfait and sweet desert wines. Elegant but comfortable, the dark wood and soft leather furnishings are warmly lit. There are discreet booths and a lounge bar which serves coffee, cocktails and Italian snacks. £££
