reachable in 20-30 minutes. the whole area called "Donaukanal" is a nice place for drinks and music.

Nice summer beach pop-up bar, right at the shores of the Danube canal. There are plenty more bars and places around Donaukanal. Just get off the subway at Schwedenplatz or Schottenring and have a look around.
