Large park that follows a creek through the middle of the city to the National Mall. The park boasts trails, bike paths, public tennis courts, picnic areas, and The National Zoo.

Rock Creek Park is a quiet outdoor oasis smack in the center of DC! The park is HUGE with many trails (both paved and unpaved trails). The park is also home to a planetarium, a nature center, and an old mill house. They also close sections of the roads to cars on Saturdays and Sundays for bicyclists…
