A cosy ground floor apt, in a complex of 4 on a quiet cul de sac, local to some of the best spots in Perth. A short walk to the train station, beach & river. Catch the train to Fremantle, (one stop) which takes you directly to the Ferri for a day trip to Rottnest or to some of perths best local bars, cafes & restaurants. This ‘studio vibe’ apt has been designed with beautiful decor, furnishings & linens to provide both the best of comfort & style. The Air cond heats/cools the entire place fast.

Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!
