Forest Row is a lively village with many places to eat, drink and shop, from organic greengrocers to boutiques. Many excellent country pubs nearby too.

We are sure you will love it because of its quiet rural setting yet very close to all modern amenities. Our motto is `Four Star Quality with Farmhouse Hospitality' with friendly sheep, goats and chickens nearby. Your length of stay can be from 7 days to many months but bookings only start and finish on Saturdays as per our House Rules.

A self-contained cottage situated in a quiet position surrounded by woodland within 4 miles of Guildford town centre and refurbished to a high standard with fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and downstairs toilet. There are four bedrooms , one ensuite and family bathroom. Parking for 3 cars. Large garden with patio and seating and large netted trampoline for use at your own risk. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our home.

Sleeps 6, plus the flat downstairs is available separately which sleeps 2- 3. 100mb WiFi Driveway for up to 2 cars (pls ask if in a van) Parking on the left side of drive takes 2 cars one behind the other. Close to London, M4 and M3 5 mins walk to The Lexicon town centre, for restaurants, bars and shopping.

A Barn conversion offering 2 bedrooms (one double) and (one room with a King size bed and bunk beds). There are also 2 single beds in the living area. Unfortunately, no parties allowed. Sky TV, WIFI. A built in BBQ, tennis court, trampoline and a shared outside swimming pool. The swimming pool is open and heated from May 1st to September 30th. The swimming pool remains open for guests without heating until October 15th. Outside patio area with a fantastic day bed.
