A completely furnished apartment in the basement of our log home (our main residence) on 5 acres of woods above beautiful Shavehead Lake. Entrance into the apartment through a screened in porch and double French doors provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape. A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. This cozy apartment is 15 minutes away from the University of Notre Dame and just 5 minutes away from the Michigan/ Indiana border. Complete with 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and complete laundry room. The living room has 1 queen bed, a pull out minimalistic sectional for extra guests, as well as a 75" SMART TV. One vehicle can park here with its own designated parking spot.

A big living room/coffee area, a separate space for resting with a king bed and private closet. There is also a full bathroom with Bluetooth lights to blast music while taking showers. There is a space for parking and you can go on walks or ride a bike around the neighborhood.

Enjoy the privacy of the large lower level suite in a quiet neighborhood. The host lives on the main floor. We are within walking distance of Goshen College, Greencroft, a Vietnamese restaurant, and a great deli. A 45 min drive to Notre Dame, 20 min to Middlebury, 25 to Nappanee, 25 min to Shipshewana. All local tourist places. A few min. from historic downtown Goshen with unique restaurants, breweries, and shops.
