This newly renovated 4 bed, 2.5 bath geodesic dome comfortably sleeps 8. Relax on this unique spacious property or take the short drive to Bird's Hill Park for some swimming, hiking or horseback riding. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Lots of room inside and out to enjoy this hidden gem. Located on Netley Creek in Petersfield with a private beach to enjoy all the outdoors and if the weather is not perfect enjoy the pool table, shuffle board and dart board inside. Ample parking. Boat dockage available with a local boat launch And if you are into hunting or fishing the marsh is only a short boat ride away. The house is set up as a duplex and we live in the other side.

Welcome to Making Memoires in Matlock. The 4 season cottage features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The cottage is a short walk to water or a short drive to the public Matlock beach. The cottage features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, as well as a 4 season sunroom. The front of the cottage has a deck as well as a deck in the back with a BBQ. The backyard features a fire pit.

The Beach House

Timber framed small house (480 sf) with two separate bedrooms accessed via ships ladder. Bathroom with shower and kitchenette. Built in 2017. Conveniently located next to a 10 acre provincial park (public beach, boardwalk, dog friendly beach, tennis courts, play structures and town amenities (grocery store, restaurants, arcade, yoga studio).
