Quiet, small rustic country log cabin "The Barn"

Escape to a secluded log cabin in Yugar, where nature and stillness nurture focus and creativity. Ideal for solo travelers or work retreats, this humble semi–off-grid hideaway offers privacy, leafy views, and the gentle company of birds, wallabies, and koalas. Start your mornings with birdsong, spend quiet days creating or reflecting, and unwind by the fire pit under the stars. Just minutes from Samford Village. Ideal to rejuvenate and recharge. Not suitable for infants or children of any age.

Hinterland Barn, national park, cafés, restaurants

This uniquely built barn situated in the Gold Coast hinterland is within walking distance to national parks. Made from recycled wharf timber, the barn is set on an 18 acre farm beset by green lawns. A king bed with ensuite, separate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. May's is one of two fully self-contained apartments within this building. Each apartment has it's own entrance and you can enjoy your exclusive outside stone bath, relax in front of the indoor fireplace, cuddle up on the king-sized bed or veg out in the hammock. This beautiful bushland property has high-tide access to Moreton Bay, is 10 minutes drive from Straddie's beaches and 15 minutes from Brown Lake. You'll feel like you're in another world.

Wagtail Cottage

Wagtail Cottage is a lovely tranquil place to lay your head and breathe some country air. Whether you need quiet rural respite, drawing/painting scenery, or accommodation for you. Anstead Acres is a horse property set on 20 acres of beautiful country in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane. We are a horse friendly property shared with chooks, cows, and our agistment community. 35mins to CBD Note: due to the recent cyclone Alfred the riverbank access is damaged and is not accessible at this time.

The newly renovated, fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, etc. and is open plan to the lounge area. The bedroom is bright and sunny and leads out to your own private deck, while the ensuite bathroom is simply heavenly! The cottage is airconditioned and wifi is complimentary.

The Barn - Tamborine Mountain . Cliff Face Lodge

The barn sits above the mountains cliff face, has rainforest & coastal views . The building is a North American style barn built by a Canadian builder. The Barn has rustic vintage decor throughout . The barn is tucked away in a semi-rural position only minutes walk to several wineries. There is only a short drive to the brewery, artisan cheese factory, Gallery Walk, wedding venues, and many other local restaurants. The barn is stunning rustic mountain accommodation.

The Elm House Studio

Part of our little community sits the Elm House Studio, a two story, hand-hewn, hardwood dream cabin in the rainforest. This one-bedroom mountain retreat (only 50 mins from Meanjin/Brisbane) includes a self-contained kitchen, luxury linens, a claw foot bath and a fireplace for all of your cosy dreams to unfold. Walking access to world-famous rainforest walks and only a 10 minute drive to swim in the beautiful ‘Pixie Pools’ and Northbrook gorge. Weddings welcome.
