The Gardener’s Cottage was exactly that , in the grounds of the large house , central to the pretty village of Eynsford , Kent . There are five pubs , a butcher and a village store within 5/10 minutes walking distance. There are plenty of lovely walks from the cottage . Although we are only 10 mins from the M25 there are many beautiful National Trust in the heart of Kent . Victoria Station , London is 45 mins away , should that be an attraction.
