Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Lovely newly built apartment close to the water

You wake up rested in the comfy queen size bed in an apartment that still smells new. You arrived last night at Arlanda airport, and after a mere 15 min drive you were there, at the apartment in the house with the big garden, at the lake Norrviken. You decide to go for a morning swim and take a walk to the closest jetty, hidden among the trees a block away. Then you head off to explore Stockholm, which is just a 25 min drive away. At night you decide to cook dinner at home and put your feet up.

Comfortable, spacious and bright apartment overlooking the beautiful lake of Norrviken, 20 minutes north of central Stockholm. A quiet, residential area north of Stockholm with nearby boat club (renting SUP boards and canoes) as well as kids friendly beach. Short walk to supermarket, butcher and take away restaurants. Easy commute by train to Stockholm central station (20 mins). Station is a short walk (approx. 700 metres). Arlanda airport can be reached by train/car in approx. 20 minutes.

Hello! Obs! I can get you från Arlanda airport for a cheaper price than a cab. I rent 2 nice and big rum in my nice appartement that is close to everything, close to shops, bus stops, the center..etc. It is a very nice area close to the lake, nature, and close to amenities too. It s close to the capitale of skandinavia Stockholm city, it's by 14 min driving/ talking bus or train it s really a nice place to be ! U re welcome anytime! Sincerelly yours Adam

Endast 15 minuter från Arlanda och 25 minuter till Stockholm City. Busshållsplats under 100m bort.
