Den inglasade balkongen har eftermiddagssol. I kvarteret finns en lekplats med fotbollsplan. Här bor du mitt bland Södermalms serveringar och vintagebutiker, nära både tunnelbana och pendeltåg. Matbutiker inom 5 min promenad. Till Gamla stan promenerar ni på 20 min och till Årstaviken med bad på 10 min.

Den här ettan högst upp i huset i ett tjugotalsklassicistiskt hus är verkligen en juvel, och bevarade originaldetaljer såsom fiskbensparkett, lister, spegeldörrar, spröjsade fönster och fönsterbänkar i djupa nischer ger en charmig inramning. Gammaldags möter modernt på ett tilltalande sätt, Pulsen och fantastiska restauranger precis runt hörnet! Cafe Nizza, Voisine eller varför inte thaitapas på Pat's place? Välkomna till att bo på Södermalms enligt mig trevligaste adress.

Vibrant neighbourhood in the heart of popular Södermalm. Safe street and calm building with nice neighbours. The apartment serves just as well for smaller families as well as a group of friends. Everything you need just around the corner - museums, bars, amazing views, second hand stores, popular restaurants and Stockholms most popular club (Trädgården) a walk or bike ride away. UPDATE (25 mar, 2024) I have bought a new sofa (bed sofa). The new one is dark gray.

The apartment has a queensize bed (140cm) and a sofa bed (120cm). There´s a small kitchen table for three and a wardrobe. Very fast wifi and Apple-Tv.
