Welcome! This condo was fully renovated in 2018 and is a perfect romantic getaway or great for a family trip. It is cozy and the perfect place for you to enjoy all Snowshoe has to offer! You will experience all the comforts of home away from home. Due to the current Pandemic, we are going above and beyond to make our guests feel safe. Our condo has always received compliments on our cleanliness, but to ensure the safety of our guest we are being extra thorough with our cleaning at this time.

Come and enjoy a relaxing, comfortable and peaceful stay at a fully furnished and renovated mobile home. This country home has a fully stocked kitchen, full bath, washer, dryer, and desk for a study area. Two (2) bedrooms: 1 queen; and bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top. A fire pit to make S'mores! Coffee, tea, creamer, hot chocolate, snacks, toiletries, washing powders & paper towels, are provided for initial stay. Stay in the Village and Bike in/out from the patio. Don't look further there are only 2 units in the village that offer this perk. Ours is one of the two. Fully updated 1st floor condo with a private bedroom. Located in the pristine Mill Gap Valley. At night you can reach out and touch the stars. National Forrest is close by too. Enjoy the peace and tranquility that can only be offered in Highland county. The farm along with our Maple Syrup is certified Organic. From our apple trees to our hay and pastures. We are Organic! If you would like a tour of our farm or maple operation, let us know! By September 2020, there will be a new outdoor living area with a hot tub and dining.

Attention all Mountain Bikers - this is your 1BR condo! Conveniently located in Powderidge with an updated mud room including hanging bike storage for 2 bikes.
