In our Southfarthing Suite, you'll find the perfect combination of centrally located peace and quiet on a wooded private drive. Come home to a spacious walk-in apartment with all the things you need and some nice extras. The suite occupies the ground floor only with a separate entrance, as shown in the photos; the hosts occupy the rest of the home. We are close to Peachtree Creek trail, the VA hospital. Emory & CDC are 6 minutes away. Aquarium, World of Coke & Decatur are easy via car or MARTA.

Short walk to Canton St. and walkable to local wedding venues. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

We live upstairs, when at home, we respect our guests’ privacy, but the suite is below the main level of our home with a separate entrance.

Large, quiet bedroom with king-size bed, 50” TV, dresser, closet, & comfy chair. A great get-away for casual & business travelers. Minutes from Atlanta's top attractions, dining, and sports venues. Newly renovationed, cozy in-law suite

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

You'll have all you need with this private terrace level suite! Park on the street or driveway and walk into your private living room complete with big screen flat TV, giant sectional, and kitchen corner with microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator. You'll continue into the hallway where your quiet bedroom and separate full bath awaits. All you need for rest and relaxation await for you here in my little slice of quiet heaven! Rustic Styled Private Suite, Child Friendly, Pool

Enjoy your stay at the most unique place around. You will enjoy a unique mix of industrial and rustic decor. Our inground backyard pool is available from May 15th to mid September. Yes, you can have visitors, your aunt, uncle, or grandchildren are welcome to sleep over. This is a family place and we hope you will gather here with your friends and loved ones! Pets considered, please ask! p.s. we have turkeys and chickens.

Relax in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Great for couples, adventurers, or business travelers. Please do not bring multiple vehicles.
