Stone-built country house in a traditional settlement in the Voutas area, 70 km from the city of Chania and 13 km from Paleochora. The residence was built before 1900, is located 700m from the center of Voutas village and is renovated -loft with ondas (traditional living room) -large terrace with sitting area -living room with two seating areas and a table -built-in kitchen -double bed in the ondas (140) -large garden with a view of Hasi Mountain -shared cistern with water from a natural spring

Our traditional stone houses Spitia are located at the settlement of Tsaliana, 5km from Paleochora. Katoi, the lower house, features one bedroom and can host 4 guests in total. It is equippped with Starlink satellite internet.
