This is a converted “Themed” 1972 Gillig School Bus privately parked w/ a Comfortable Queen bed, Full RV Bathroom, interior paint, new carpet, vanity, dining table, Fireplace, TV, Xbox, Full kitchen with stove, refridge, oven, microwave and dishes, linens included. It is connected to City Water/Power. Tankless hotwater system which is temperamental for the shower, but great for the sinks. You will have full use of a shared firepit, BBQ, Covered space, and shared Laundry for long term quests.

Fully self-contained: kitchen, bathroom and electricity. Private picnic and bonfire area. Lots of nearby hikes, bike rides, beach walks, kayak paddles, bird watching, tulip fields, crabbing, fishing, clamming.

Nestled between Concrete & Sedro Woolley and snuggled up to the Skagit River is a Thomas School Bus Glamping experience just waiting for you. Our one of a kind “Skoolie” experience offers all the amenities of home packed into a 40’ renovated school bus. The skoolie is parked right on the Skagit River offering the possibly of elk and deer as well as river otters, beavers and occasional bald eagles flying overhead. We are close to many outdoor hiking adventures, lakes and fishing opportunities.

Our 20’ Kodiak Cub is the perfect landing spot for those wanting to get away, but not break the bank while doing it! We’re outside the hustle and bustle, but only a 10 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. Better yet, hop on one of our cruiser bikes and venture half a mile down the road to the Big Lake Grocery (the local’s convenience store)! Overlook Golf Course, Little Mountain trails, the Big Lake Bar and Grill and Centennial Trail are also a short drive away.

The 4000-acre Deception Pass State Park is your backyard when you walk through your own private gate. Explore the nearby lake using borrowed kayaks. Stroll among giant trees or discover fairy-sized gardens. Take in the wonders of this century-old state park with its lakes, beaches, forests and wildlife. When you’re done adventuring, come back to the comfort of beds, kitchen and a shower. Sit around the fire or watch the sunset from the bridge.

Campsite close to Clear lake, Beaver lake, Big lake and the Big lake golf course. Campsite has mountain views. Campsite have electricity and water. Clear lake has a beach for you to swim and a pier to fish. Bring your own Tent, camping supplies, gear for kayaking or other water activities.

Welcome! Lolita is our dreamy little 20’ 1979 Airstream—like camping, but with a roof, heater, and private indoor bathroom (in the garage, no shower). No kitchen, and you’ll bring your sleeping bags—we’ve got pillows! She’s tucked in our backyard with wraparound windows and a cozy small double bed. It’s quirky, simple, and oh-so-sweet.
