The cottage is located on Pitman Creek in Somerset, KY. and is an open space with a wall of windows that allows a full view of the creek below. The screened in porch offers a porch swing and seating for total relaxation. You will feel isolated while being only a 10-15 minute drive from Lake Cumberland or downtown Somerset.

Charming & Secluded Farm House

Get away from it all but be surprisingly close to town in this newly renovated farm house located at the entrance of our 104 acre apple orchard. Surrounded by woods on a county maintained gravel road the Hill House features two bedrooms with queen size beds and a futon couch as well. We have wifi and a new 65” smart tv. Outdoor entertaining is a priority and we have a screened in porch, an adjacent fire pit, a large open carport with a grill and a nearby screened in “club house”.

Quiet peaceful place. Off the beaten path. Back up to Daniel Boone national forest. Plenty of wildlife. Located in between lake Cumberland and laurel lake. Animals running around all the time. From deer, squirrels, rabbits and dogs. Even an occasional bear sighting. Hardly any traffic due to my place being the only one on road. Children can run around with minimal supervision. Just a quiet place off the beaten path.
