Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped one bedroom guesthouse of over 600 sq ft. The bedroom has a King size and the living room has a fold out queen. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit. The side entrance is private with its own small patio. The entire place is handicap accessible with exception of the stackable washer/dryer in the bathroom closet. We offer discounts for longer stays. We do allow pets but Pet owners should read the "house rules" section before booking.
