It's a beautiful 2 bedroom Coach House tastefully decorated in hues of teal blue and sage green with a modern warm feel to it. Its cozy, airy, with a lot of light and is all contained at one level on the 1st floor. The house is well furnished and has all the requirements for a short term or long term stay. It can be a base for your holiday or for work. We are 5 mins from Baldock Station (by cab) - frequent trains to London in 50mins. We are also next to A1(M). Henlow Champneys is 10mins away

Cosy 3 bed grade 2 listed cottage attached to an Old Rectory, our family home set in over 7 acres of formal gardens and woodlands. The cottage has its own private garden area with tables and chairs, BBQ and fire pit. We also have a newly refurbished tennis court which we are happy for guests to use by arrangement. Comfortable and Cozy One Bed

Everything you require for a relaxing stay. All pubs, restaurants are in walking distance. It’s a 3 minute walk or so to Biggleswade Train Station which takes 34 minutes to London Kings Cross. Local town markets on Wednesday and Saturday. If your driving, then it takes 7 minutes from the A1M motorway. Please note you will find some personal items of mine in the flat as I live here too when not working away from home. I do not stay at the flat when guests are there.
