The Grosvenor Park is 30 seconds walk from the rear of the house, which hosts numerous events/concerts in the simmer. It also has a miniature railway for the children to ride on. The Park also has a play area for children. The property is ideal for families, romantic getaways or for your business trip.

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

With the sound of the waves in the garden, the location provides for a tranquil and rejuvenating trip! Hot Tubs are also available on request at an extra charge of £125 should you wish to enhance your stay. The cottage has 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room allowing us to sleep 6.

The historic Old Lifeboat Station in Hoylake has been remodelled into a luxury penthouse apartment overlooking the beach, with stunning views out to the Dee Estuary and Irish Sea. This unique getaway is less than 1 mile from the prestigious Royal Liverpool Golf Course and the nearest train station with a direct 20-minute line into Liverpool City Centre. This spacious apartment boasts a bright, open-plan living area, with a panoramic view of the sea.

Ty Crwn, historic beach house for Gwrych Castle

Gwrych Castle's historic beach house, Ty Crwn, has been restored to its former glory. Situated 50 metres from the shoreline, the cottage overlooks the Irish Sea and Pensarn Beach SSSI. The beach house was built by the Lloyds of Gwrych and was last used by the Countess of Dundonald for sea bathing. The cottage is dog friendly and the grounds are all secure for dogs.
